I dropped the car off with them on Thursday. They told me they would have the estimate and damage assessment completed by Tuesday. I came back the following Thursday, and no one had even looked at the car. Not once during the entire week did anyone call me with an update, even though I specifically asked for updates when I dropped the car off and was assured that they would keep me informed. When you speak to the employee in person, he starts telling you that he’s doing his job and that he already sent everything to the insurance company. In reality, nothing had been sent. I would not recommend this place if you expect professionalism, communication, and respect for the commitments they make to you.

Exceptional honesty! I went in for a quote on some cosmetic work, and Jose explained the issues (including some I hadn't noticed before). While I won't get this repair done, I will definitely return to J&C if another job pops up

Excellent, highly recommend! A slight collision left my driver mirror broken and dangling off my import. Jose showed me replacement parts if needed, but after his inspection, he was able to repair the entire mirror to be 100% functional again with blind spot detection, movement and to my delight, he was able to fix the puddle light emblem. His cost was significantly lower than my expectation. I’ll definitely return for future work.

I came to see Jose at J&C Collision after 10 years, and their service, pricing, and—above all—Jose's friendly attitude remain unchanged. I needed to replace a side mirror on my RAV4 and was quoted two to three times more elsewhere by people who seemed less knowledgeable. I even watched a couple of YouTube videos but ultimately asked Jose to handle it. He and his team completed the job in just 15 minutes with expert precision and perfection, all at the best price in the RTP area.
